Will my home have to be inspected?

Yes, each buyer generally will have a property inspected prior to closing and a final walk-thru. If repairs are needed we will negotiate to make sure your bottom line is protected.

How do buyers come up with an offer price?

Each buyer has their own matrix; however, your local comps play a heavy part, which we can go over with you free of charge.

Can I request an offer for a friend or family member?

In order to participate in receiving offers, you must be the owner of the home or have the legal right to represent the owner.

Will your registered buyers purchase mobile homes?

CURRENTLY NO
That includes units that are tied down or on a fixed foundation.

How long is an offer good for?

Each offer provided is good for at LEAST 4 DAYS

After Selling my home, can I rent it back?

IN MOST CASES BUT NOT ALWAYS,
if this option is available we will provide the terms with the offer.
